Early Life
Best Davis was born in the early 70s to a Nigerian father from Idumuje-Unor in Aniocha local government area of Delta State, his mother is from Owa-Oyibu, the capital of Ika North East local government area of Delta State. He attended Ngala Primary School, Agbor and later proceeded to Ika Grammar School, Agbor where he had his junior secondary certificate and senior secondary certificate. After his secondary school career, he worked as an accounting clerk for a Nigerian Brewery distributor for about 2 years before going back to school. He went to Delta State University to study Accounting and Finance.
Best Davis got into the entertainment industry in 1997 when he got his first role as a medical doctor, he then did a couple of soap operas in the likes of “ Living For Tomorrow”, “ For the Love of You”, “ Freeman’s College “ He then later relocated to the United States of America.
Best Davis is one of the pioneers of Nollywood USA. He was a part of the very first Nollywood movie ever shot in the United States of America titled “Far From Home” He is rated as one of the fastest growing Nollywood stars in the USA. The Denzel Washington of Nollywood as people refer to him, Best Davis with his neatly trimmed and carved side burns has attracted a numerous number of fans whom he adores.
Best Davis has held some politically associated positions. He was the General Secretary of the National Youth Council of Nigeria as well as the assistant secretary of the Delta State Youth Caucus.
Personal Life
Best Davis is married to Ijeoma Stephanie Davis and they have two beautiful children, a boy and a girl. People said he got married too early but he believed it was the right and best time for him. His wife is the best companion and partner he could ever ask for, she is 100% supportive of his acting career.
